In the Real Sports Cards renovation, Randahl Construction took an empty kickboxing studio and transformed it into a modern space designed specifically for collectors and community events. The build-out incorporated fully customized millwork, including a feature Card Bar equipped with built-in display cases and more than 70 feet of gallery-grade fixtures illuminated by LED lighting. To elevate the customer experience, we also integrated advanced technology such as multiple 4K screens and production-ready broadcast equipment suited for streaming and live activities.

With our self-performing approach, our crew handled every component of the project—from the structural framing and drywall installation to finish work and complete upgrades to the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. The space was finished with high-end design elements like Sterling Silver wall surfaces and Perle Noir ceiling finishes, creating a polished, high-impact interior.
