Anagram International Inc - Mechanical Concrete Pad Installation

Randahl Construction completed a heavy-duty mechanical pad installation for Anagram International in Eden Prairie, MN, delivering a full turnkey concrete solution from excavation through final finishing. Our experienced crew self-performed all phases of the project, beginning with site excavation, soil removal, and backfilling, followed by the placement of six loads of Class 5 aggregate to establish a stable, compacted subbase. The centerpiece of the scope was a 30’x60′ concrete slab poured at a substantial 24″ thickness, reinforced with #5 rebar at 8″ on center each way for maximum structural integrity capable of supporting heavy mechanical equipment loads. Two thickened mat sections were incorporated, rising from 24″ to 42″ in height, providing additional load-bearing capacity exactly where it was needed most. The project also included the installation of 15 bollards with covers to protect the pad perimeter and surrounding equipment. From permitting through project completion, Randahl Construction managed every detail, ensuring the finished pad met the rigorous demands of an industrial mechanical application.
