Randahl Construction completed a full renovation of the Minneapolis Plastic Surgery center in just 14 days and nights, working around the clock with a crew of 33 to meet an aggressive deadline—on time and within budget.

The scope included complete demolition of all existing finishes, installation of new medical gas lines, plumbing, and HVAC venting. We replaced all lighting, installed new ceilings, wall coverings, and enameled all doors. Our team laid surgery-grade flooring in the surgical suite and new vinyl flooring throughout the rest of the facility. The renovation also included brand-new cabinetry, solid-surface countertops, and custom trim work—resulting in a fully modernized, high-performance surgical environment.
