Randahl Construction transformed a 6,787 SF former kickboxing studio into a premier destination for card collectors in Blaine, MN. Our self-performing team delivered a complete commercial remodel for Real Sports Cards featuring custom millwork, including a signature Card Bar with integrated display cases, 70 feet of museum-quality fixtures with LED lighting, and full technology integration with fourteen 4K displays and broadcast studio equipment. From metal stud framing and drywall installation to Sterling Silver walls with Perle Noir ceilings and complete electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, every detail was executed to create a welcoming community space. Completed on time and within budget, this project showcases our ability to bring complex visions to life while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and project management.
