Located on 42 acres in Plymouth, MN, Providence Academy is a Roman Catholic school that’s home to roughly 850 students. With such a large facility, building and ground maintenance is an ongoing project and also very important when maintaining such a pristine campus. We recently received a phone call from one of the construction managers at Providence Academy for assistance in Concrete Sidewalk and Curb Repair and patching around the building entrances.
Preparing and Pouring Concrete
There are two things that are guaranteed with concrete: One = it gets hard and two: it cracks. So it’s our job to help our customers understand this but also to help them fix issues that may arise with their concrete. Although cracks are inevitable over time, our professional concrete team has years of experience and understands the proper procedure when preparing and pouring ready mixed concrete to limit cracks and ensure a long lasting product for our customers.
Concrete Sidewalk and Curb Repair
At Providence Academy, we did not pour the original concrete but we were more than happy to answer their call and help them replace concrete before the upcoming school year. After reviewing the site with the construction manager, we found at least 20 different areas of their property that needed the concrete to be either repaired or removed and replaced.
Minnesota Concrete Repair Specialists
In four days, our concrete division removed and poured 14 different areas across the campus and also repaired four or five different areas using ARDEX. ARDEX is a compound mixture that fixes smaller cracks in concrete where is does not make sense to remove and replace. Our team decided to break this project up into two stages with two separate pours completing this project on time & within budget. As you can see in the pictures below our concrete team is one of the best in the State of Minnesota. If you are interested in concrete pricing or if you have concrete projects or repair that we can assist you with please call 763-559-1009. We also offer FREE concrete estimates to the Twin Cities businesses and surrounding areas.
