Real Sports Cards

For the Real Sports Cards project in Eagan, Randahl Construction revitalized a vacated kickboxing studio and reshaped it into an inviting retail hub for collectors. Custom millwork was a major focal point, highlighted by a distinctive Card Bar and an impressive span of LED-lit display fixtures. Technology upgrades—including a full array of 4K TVs and professional broadcast features—were also integrated to support live events.

Our team self-performed the majority of the work, tackling everything from structural framing and drywall to interior finishes and complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing improvements. The combination of Sterling Silver walls and Perle Noir ceilings created a clean, upscale look. This project illustrates our ability to execute detailed, design-forward commercial remodels throughout Eagan.
