Padagis

Tank

We cut a 35’ x 15’ hole in the roof to install a tank.

This is the 6th tank we installed through the roof for their new tank farm. Each tank took 12 hours to install, we started at 6 am and finished the roofing at 6 pm. Team Randahl knocked it out of the park every time with zero issues.

Minnesota Vikings

Office Remodel

We built new finance offices and remodeled three offices. Even though this project was completed a few years back we are honored to be contracted to work for the Minnesota Vikings.

Belladerm Medspa

Clinic Remodel

We built five new treatment rooms and remodeled the existing space with new cabinets, tops, paint, and floor coverings. They are a great customer and family to work with.

Nordstrom

Retail Remodel

This is one of many projects we have completed for Nordstrom. We installed concrete and bollards near the loading dock to protect the $35,000 roll-up loading dock doors. We continue to remodel, repair, and paint all the Nordstrom stores and the Nordstrom Rack locations.

Minneapolis Plastic Surgery

Clinic Remodel

We remodeled the surgery center in 14 days and nights with 33 workers. We completed this project on time and within budget. We demoed all the finishes, replaced the lighting, new med gas, plumbing, HVAC venting, new ceilings, new wall coverings throughout, enameled all doors, installed trim surgery grade flooring in the surgery center, new vinyl flooring throughout, replaced all the cabinetry, and countertops.

Al-Shifa Dental

Dental Remodel

We completed our third dental expansion for Dr. Latif. We added seven additional chairs to the clinic and brought in our architects and designers to complete the expansion. We demoed the old offices and replaced the electrical system, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, new ceilings, flooring, and cabinets. We completed the project in 65 days on schedule and within budget.

Polaris

2-Hour Fire Wall

This fire separation wall was constructed to separate the manufacturing area from the area where the two new smelters were installed. We also supplied and installed two automatic roll-up 2-hour fire doors in this fire separation wall.
