Last but not least, sit down and interview your potential commercial remodelers.  This should be one of the most important steps in the decision making process regarding which commercial remodeler you hire.  Get to know the contractor, their level of experience, the projects they’ve completed in the past, and how they go about their work.  If you fail to interview your contractor prior to hiring them, it is difficult to know what they will be like to work with.  That’s a big gamble that you can easily avoid making.
