We orchestrate, plan and coordinate the means and methods for construction of your project in accordance with your special conditions, budget, contract documents, building plans, and specifications for your project.
Construction Manager: We provide you with the managerial and technological aspects of the commercial construction industry including traditional construction, construction management, plus construction science and technology. Randahl Construction Management serves as a commercial construction consultant providing both design and construction advice. Some people refer to us as project managers, construction superintendents, project engineers, program managers, constructors, or construction supervisors.
Commercial Remodeler: Randahl Construction has two decades of experience with all phases of industrial and commercial remodeling, build-outs, building expansions, additions, alterations, and retrofits to provide premium facilities for our clients. We specialize in interior build-outs that can extend your expanding office with more room or add a fresh, new look with enhanced structure and form. |
