For the Real Sports Cards remodel, Randahl Construction reimagined a former kickboxing studio and turned it into a vibrant, collector-focused retail environment. The project included custom-built millwork throughout the store, featuring a standout Card Bar with integrated display cases and over 70 feet of LED-lit, museum-style fixtures. We also equipped the space with advanced technology, adding multiple 4K monitors and broadcast-capable systems to support streaming, events, and in-store engagement.

Because our team self-performs much of the work, we oversaw every stage of the renovation—framing, drywall, finishes, and full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. The interior was elevated with specialty finishes, including Sterling Silver wall treatments and Perle Noir ceiling accents, creating a refined, professional atmosphere. Completed on schedule and within the client’s budget, the project reflects our ability to execute detailed commercial transformations for businesses throughout Bloomington with a focus on quality workmanship and reliable project coordination.
