Iconix Nails

Randahl Construction transformed a former chiropractors’s office into a brand-new nail salon for Iconix Nails in Champlin, MN. The roughly 1,400 square foot interior space was completely gutted and rebuilt. New walls were constructed to create a welcoming reception area, waiting room, two pedicure areas, 2 manicure areas, and dedicated storage. All-new plumbing was run to eight pedicure chairs and multiple sinks, two on-demand water heaters were installed, and a specialized ventilation system was added to safely remove nail chemical fumes from the air. The electrical system was fully upgraded with new lighting throughout and dedicated power outlets at every nail station. To finish everything off, porcelain tile floors were laid throughout the salon, the bathroom was fully tiled, a custom reception desk was built, and the entire space was painted and polished. Every step was permitted and inspected through the City of Champlin, with Randahl Construction managing the full project from start to finish.
